Acceptance
By accessing Orange Jam you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform. These terms may change; continued use constitutes acceptance.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older. Residents of jurisdictions where blockchain gaming or token activities are prohibited may not use the platform.
The Service
Orange Jam is a discovery and reward platform. We do not operate a financial exchange. Credits and Go3 are platform utility points, not financial instruments or securities.
Tokens
$ORNG and $JUICE are utility tokens on the Avalanche network. Buying, holding, or using them does not constitute an investment and Orange Jam makes no promise of financial return.
User Conduct
No bots, no multi-accounting, no manipulation of leaderboards. Violations result in immediate termination.
Intellectual Property
All content on Orange Jam is the property of its respective creator. Do not copy, reproduce, or redistribute without permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for any violation of these terms at our discretion.
Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to €100.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vienna.
